Family Tradition: Your Christmas Axe

Many families have holiday traditions. Whether this is a long standing one, or you're looking to start a new one, we suggest chopping down your own Christmas tree. It's a great family outing and something everyone can look forward to each holiday season!

Custom 23" Boys Axe for Christmas

Do you know what goes best with such a family tradition? A custom, branded family heirloom axe!

At Motor City Axe we specialize in hand-painted axes and hatchet that are meant to be passed from generation to generation.

Pick your colors - is that a college scheme or a Christmas pattern? You decide!

Each axe is unique, just like each family and your unique traditions!

Add a tin of our Motor City Axe Wax to preserve and protect your tools!

We recommend the 23" Boys Axe for this type of project! But the 18" Camp Axe or the 36" Jersey Axe also get the job done!

Living in Michigan, there are plenty of Christmas Tree farms across the state. While that may not be the case for you, we suggest you look into your local options! Or make a weekend trip out of it!

Be sure to check state and local regulations before just cutting down a tree in a public forest!

Bundle up, it may be cold out there! Cheers and Merry Christmas!

“Family Tradition: Your Christmas Axe” is a fascinating and meaningful concept that highlights how unique customs can strengthen family bonds during the holiday season. Traditions like this create lasting memories, connecting generations through shared stories and symbolic gestures. Christmas is not only about gifts but also about preserving heritage and celebrating togetherness. In a creative way, such traditions can even inspire custom designs for apparel or keepsakes through embroidery digitizing, transforming meaningful symbols like an axe or festive emblem into beautifully stitched artwork. Blending tradition with creativity ensures that family memories remain vibrant, personal, and cherished for many years to come.
