Here we have a vintage Hoffritz Meat Cleaver from Motor City Axe.
 
 
Hoffritz was a retailer known for selling high-quality cutlery, particularly Swiss Army knives and German steel knives starting in the 1930's. 
 
Sharp, solid and ready to be put to work, this cleavers have been fully refurbished. All rust removed and the handle painted and  sealed with an all natural, food-safe wood wax.
